Second Grade to Sixth Grade
- Minimum average academic grade of 80 % (B)
- Academic transcripts from previous school Two (2) recommendation letters from former teachers
- Interview with parents
- Take an entrance test, offered during the month of May
Seventh Grade to Eight Grade
- Minimum average academic grade of 85 % (B)
- Submit academic transcripts from previous school
- Submit two (2) recommendation letters from former teachers. Interview with parents
- Take an entrance test, offered during the month of May

- One 2x2 photo
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Certificate of vaccination P-VAC 3 (green form)
- School Health Record
- School Physical Examination Form completed by a Doctor
- First Aid Release Form
- Parent’s ID with Photo
- Take an entrance test offered by Borinquen Bilingual School for Kindergarten to 8th grade students

- Remediation courses will be required only in those areas diagnosed as deficient.
